We are working with the Virginia History Trails Commission to develop a James Solomon Russell Heritage Trail map that will reference the lifetime activities of Dr. Russell from Palmer Springs, VA (His hometown) to St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church-Petersburg, VA (Where he received his ministry training) to Lawrenceville, VA (Where he founded Saint Paul’s College) . This map will include many sites of the 30+ churches he established
